The DL-301-IP65 is an IP65-rated industrial data logger for monitoring carbon monoxide (CO), temperature, relative humidity and calculated dew point. It uses an electrochemical CO sensor with a 0 to 1000 ppm measurement range and includes a 2.8-inch LCD touch screen. The module can store up to 450,000 time-stamped records for later download and analysis.
For system integration, the DL-301-IP65 provides one RS-485 port and a 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet port. It supports DCON and Modbus RTU over RS-485, plus Modbus TCP and MQTT over Ethernet. The module can be powered from a +12 to +48 VDC input or through IEEE 802.3af Class 1 PoE. Four PhotoMOS relay outputs can be used with audible or visual alarm devices or compatible control equipment.
The DL300 Utility can configure modules, monitor real-time values and organize multiple DL-300 devices into groups. Logged data can be downloaded and exported as a CSV file for analysis in spreadsheet or other compatible software.
Real-time data can be viewed using the DL300 Utility, the iOS or Android app, or a web browser when the monitoring device and data logger are connected to the same local network.
The display-message-on-screen function supports multiple language character sets based on UTF-8 encoding. Either pre-configured messages or dynamic messages can be remotely displayed using Modbus commands, or a dynamic message can be sent via the web-based interface.
