ICP DAS USA’s vibration monitoring solution uses the AR Series Accelerometer Data Logger to track machine vibration and detect abnormal conditions. Real-time data is displayed on the VPD Series HMI and transmitted to existing PLC systems through the ET-7000 Series I/O Module. When excessive vibration is detected, the system triggers the ALM Series Sound Alert Module, enabling early fault detection and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. |
