To help the client monitor motor energy consumption, ICP DAS USA deployed PM-3133-360P three-phase smart power meters and the PMC-5231M IIoT power meter concentrator. These devices collect motor power data and transmit it to the SCADA system via Modbus TCP. By centralizing and analyzing electrical data, the SCADA platform enables operators to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and support predictive maintenance decisions that help reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency. |
