This demo shows how an AVEVA-based water quality monitoring system can collect pollution and water-quality data from onsite instruments. Operators can send commands to pumps, valves, and other equipment directly through on-screen buttons or graphic elements (turning devices on or off as needed).
The next screen displays the dirt-processing workflow. Material from the intake area is transferred to a mixing tank, where additives are introduced. The mixture then moves to a biological treatment pool and, after cooling, is conveyed to a separation unit. A drying stage removes excess moisture before the material is sent to a fertilizer machine. Finally, the processed product is packaged and moved to storage. AVEVA displays real-time operating data for each device, and operators can start or stop mixing motors, cooling equipment, and other field devices.
Alarm information is provided on a dedicated screen.
Historical data can be queried by selecting a date and time range. Results are automatically placed into a formatted report along with calculated values such as maximum, minimum, and average. Reports can be saved or printed.
A trend chart is included to show historical data curves.
Saved reports can be loaded through a dedicated interface. Operators can select from multiple previously saved reports in a drop-down list and load any of them into the formatted table.
Users may log into the system under administrative privileges, allowing them to create new accounts or user groups, and modify existing user profiles.
