DGW-521

The DGW-521 is a communication gateway between Modbus RTU / DCON and DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface) protocols and allows a Host PC, PAC, or TouchPAD to access DALI devices by providing three interfaces that enable conversion from RS-232/RS-485/USB to DALI. DALI (Digital Addressable Lighting Interface ) networks include a controller and lighting devices with DALI interfaces. DGW-521 has a built in DALI power supply that can be enabled or disabled via a switch. Each DALI device is individually addressable. DALI is an international standard for lighting control interfaces, and is suitable for DALI lighting Systems in small areas. The maximum length of DALI signal cables is 300 meters. Controllers can control and monitor lights vi bi-directional data exchange. DGW-521 can be used to interface with DALI controllers, low-voltage halogen lamps, phase dimmers, DALI lighting, DALI relays, DALI to DMX Controllers, and DALI to Safety Controllers.
