ICP DAS USA’s building automation solutions allow for remote monitoring and control of HVAC, lighting, fans, air quality, fire systems, cameras, building access, security, energy, leaks and other equipment. For more than 30 years, we have provided industrial-grade solutions for the building automation industry. For professionals that manage, build and design facilities, it is important to increase and improve efficiency, effectiveness, and safety. We can help you achieve your goals by providing intelligent, reliable, and easy-to-use building automation solutions. From HVAC to lighting, ICP DAS USA has a solution for every facility.
ICP DAS USA’s solutions are used across the world in Building Automation Systems. They allow for local and remote monitoring and control of lights, air conditioners, cameras, access and more via web browser from computers or smart phones.
Local control is also implemented through PoE and Modbus TCP based touch screen controllers. Our Building Automation solutions include control and monitoring equipment and software for building access, lighting, HVAC systems, fire safety, motion, air quality, security and leaks.

ACS-11-MF Access Control Keypads with RFID cards provide reliable and user-friendly access and are integrated with AVEVA Edge SCADA Software for protection and secure entry management.WISE-7144 configurable I/O controllers are connected to sensors on the windows so the system shows whether the windows are opened or closed.

When the PIR-230 motion detection device detects motion, events and video are recorded on the computer. If motion is detected when the security system is enabled, an alarm will sound with ALM-Horn-MRTU-BR.

When the temperature input on PIR-230 is beyond a set high level, fire sprinklers activate to put out fires.

Our LC-103H configurable lighting control modules control up to 3 incandescent or LED lights and communicate over Modbus RTU for easy communication back to SCADA software like AVEVA Edge. Our TPD-283-H Touch Screen Controllers are installed in light switch outlet boxes and are used for controlling lighting and other equipment.

Our Protocol Converters & Gateways and Ethernet switches allow for easy interoperability of equipment that communicates over different protocols and interfaces. The tDS-715 PoE Power over Ethernet Serial to Ethernet Device Server allows serial devices to communicate over Ethernet and is connected over Ethernet to the NS-208PSE 8 Port Ethernet switch which provides power and communication. The TPD-283-H and WISE-7144 are PoE also connected to the NS-208PSE PoE switch.

AVEVA Edge SCADA software allows for web based remote monitoring and control provides a visual overall status of the Building Automation System, lighting control where users can touch the screen to turn lights on or off, adjusting the temperature, viewing the access entry log, viewing cameras and alarm messages.

Our air quality equipment allows you to achieve compliance with building standards. If Carbon Monoxide or Carbon Dioxide levels detected from CL-207-E are outside safe levels, the ALM-Horn-MRTU-BR alarm siren will sound and the event gets logged in the system. Air quality measurements are logged in the central system and you can view air quality status through a mobile app or web browser.

The iSN-101 Liquid Leak Detection module passes leak detection information collected with the CA-LLD-EC-L030 Leader Cable from the CA-LLD-DC100X-L030 leak detection cable back to the AVEVA Edge SCADA system over Modbus RTU protocol.

Our IP Cameras allow for visual surveillance and display footage through the central system or through a web browser or mobile app for remote monitoring. WISE-7144 configurable I/O controllers are connected to sensors on the windows so the system shows whether the windows are opened or closed. Security events are logged in the system.

AVEVA Edge SCADA software empowers teams to access and manage Building Automation Systems from anywhere through a web browser or phone app allowing for real time monitoring and optimization. TPD-283-H Touch Screen Controllers allow for local control and monitoring of equipment in rooms within buildings. The system has different pages for monitoring and control including pages that provide for a visual overall status of the Building Automation System, lighting control where users can touch the screen to turn lights on or off, adjusting the temperature, viewing the access entry log, viewing cameras and alarm messages.

ACS-11-MF Access Control Keypads are installed at every door in the building and allow for secure access. TPD-283-H Touch Screen Controllers are installed in every room in the light switch outlet box next to standard manual light switches. LC-103H Lighting Control Modules control the lights and connect to the control system over Modbus RTU / RS-485. The tDS-715 Serial to Ethernet Device Server allows serial devices to communicate over Ethernet and is connected over Ethernet to the NS-216 16 Port Ethernet switch. The control system is made with AVEVA Edge SCADA software for monitoring and control. It has a page that displays a visual overall status of the system and users can touch the screen to turn lights on or off. The cameras page displays the live feed of the iCAM-MR6322 IP cameras. Other pages allows for viewing video history, configuring schedules for lighting, temperature and alarms.
