This training video covers advanced ladder logic concepts and shows how to apply them in real projects using ICP DAS USA Touch Screen PLCs and the HMIWorks development environment. The session reviews core ladder logic building blocks—normally open/closed contacts, AND/OR/NOT logic, jump/label flow control, and function blocks for timers, math, comparisons, scaling, and temperature conversion—then demonstrates how to create a Touch Screen PLC project that reads an analog input value from a Modbus device, displays it on the HMI, and writes that value back out to an analog output. You’ll also see practical HMI techniques like creating multi-page screens, linking on-screen widgets to Modbus registers, using virtual tags for internal logic, and implementing page navigation and alarm-style behaviors for building automation and industrial control applications.
