ICP DAS USA, Inc. warrants our products against any defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase. ICP DAS USA, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized repair or modification, or use inconsistent with the product’s specifications. ICP DAS USA is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
An optional two to five year extended warranty on some of our products is available. Please contact ICP DAS USA regarding purchasing this warranty extension. The price is 15% of the regular list price of each unit per year. This extended warranty must be purchased as part of the original product purchase.
Please contact ICP DAS for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before you ship the defective product to ICP DAS.
This warranty does not cover damage or failures resulting from natural disasters, misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation or operation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, or any other form of human error or negligence.
During this time, effective 4/19/2021 we will not be accepting any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
ICP DAS USA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer in cases of abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with our policies.
If a customer places an order under credit terms and later chooses to pay by credit card upon the invoice due date, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied.
ICP DAS USA, Inc. offers one hour of free technical support. Our Technical Support department will inform you if there may be a charge for additional support after the first hour has been provided.
Also, ICP DAS USA support covers only ICP DAS products and excludes third-party software/hardware issues.
